Specific Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct analyses, report status, and advise PMS 501 and PMS 505 Business Financial Managers of strategies to mitigate financial risks on the program.
- Assist the program in responding to internal and external inquiries and requests for program information.
- Assist in the preparation of funding execution documents, track and analyze program financial transactions, and assist in the development of obligation phasing plans.
- Assist in data accumulation and provide weekly financial status reports that include Program resources (including Government Furnished Equipment (GFE)) and identify potential funding issues.
- Conduct analyses, report financial risk, and advise the T&E Director of strategies to mitigate the impact of financial risks on the program.
- Assist the program in responding to internal and external inquiries and requests for program information.
Requirements:
- College graduate preferred.
- 10 years’ relevant experience.
- Ability to grasp information quickly and work synergistically in a team environment.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance.
