Post-delivery and PSA Support analyst, responsible for the following tasks, as well as other functions within the scope of the task order.

Provide production trial card management support. Serve as on-site Trial Card Management expert during ship trials. Manage the trial card work flow using Government provided/approved management system.

Support the execution of Post Delivery Availabilities (PDAs). Participate in planning efforts and review PDA work specifications and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) Provide Post Shakedown Availability (PSA) planning support. Provide Final Contract Trial (FCT) availability and Post Repair Trial (PRT) planning and execution.

Funding Metrics to Support to Post Delivery. Track all Post Delivery funding.

Planning Letters. Develop draft planning letters from program office to complete and approve.

Tracks Post Delivery funding. Will obtain and develop funding reports and budget reports.

Tracks progress and reports any issues related to successful progress, including recommendation for quality assurance. Manages the developments and updates of the PSA work package tracking database.

Assists the Government in providing production oversight to each ship during PSA and any planned or unplanned availabilities. Tracks progress and reports any issues to the Government related to successful progress including recommendations for quality assurance.

Provide correction of deficiencies reports.


  • College graduate preferred.
  • 10+ years specific experience in shipbuilding acquisition and ship delivery.
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance.
